The purpose of the Christian Church, Ecclesia "meaning called out ones" - consists of believers, not buildings in which they meet.
Therefore believers are responsible to:
a. To build a believer's personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ through corporate praise and worship
b. To build our personal relationship with Jesus through the anointed teaching and preaching of God's Word
c. Through the fellowship of the saints, where we edify the body and lift one another up, we glorify our Lord.
Remember, The things we do have but one purpose, to honor God. The work we do is motivated for his Glory alone.
